Redrawing technical drawings to match brand guidelines ensures clarity, professionalism, and consistency. I’ve produced this type of work for numerous clients in the building sector, most notably McCarthy Stone, Horgan Homes, Lovell, and Aylesworth Fleming. Over thousands of plans, I've delivered accurate, brand-led visuals that play a key role in supporting property sales and marketing campaigns.

The Process

For siteplans and floorplans, I typically work from architects’ drawings - whether they’re clean plans or more detailed versions that include elements like electrical layouts. I then redraw them from scratch, ensuring they are precise, visually clean, and aligned with your brand or preferred design style. Each plan is fully customised to suit the client’s needs. Please see some examples of previous floorplan types below.

Creating maps is just as straightforward. Simply provide the area you'd like covered, and I’ll design a map in the style, layout, and illustration style you prefer, all tailored entirely to your vision.
